Your order will be shipped within 2 days once we received and acknowledge your payment. Customers are subjected to provide billing information during checkout. We will email the shipping tracking number and related link to your mailbox to track your shipment.
Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia)
· Your order will arrive to your doorstep within 3 to 5 (working days).
· Combined shipping is available for same buyer with multiple orders.
· Once the order is shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
International Shipping (outside Malaysia)
· For overseas buyer, delivery may take up to 14 working days, subject to countries and states.
· We charge a flat shipping fee to anywhere in the world (refer shipping fee at checkout page).
· Overseas order may be subjected to inspections and may be withheld by customs in the respective countries due to customs issues that may occur such as duties imposed, confiscation, holds etc
· Should any of these circumstances happen, buyer is responsible to check with the respective country’s custom officer for parcel clearance.
· Buyer is encouraged to contact us for further assistance, advice or solution if the parcel is withheld.
